He leads the global product organization behind the platform and helped shape its commercial model: Zendesk was the first CX vendor to price AI per automated resolution. Before Zendesk he built AI and automation platforms at Ultimate.ai and Dixa, through hypergrowth and two M&A integrations. He started his career as a translator and interpreter, and writes the newsletter You Are the Product. He lives in Berlin.
