## Who he is

Mirza Beširović runs product for Zendesk AI Agents, the company's flagship AI automation platform. With his team he has scaled it to $100M+ ARR, automating 80%+ of customer interactions for Netflix, Vimeo, Levi's, Reddit, and thousands of others. He helped shape its commercial model: Zendesk was the first CX vendor to price AI per automated resolution.

Before Zendesk he built AI and automation platforms at Ultimate.ai and Dixa, through hypergrowth and two M&A integrations (Solvemate → Dixa, 2022; Ultimate.ai → Zendesk, 2024). He started his career as a translator and interpreter.
